Hayneedle was formed in the fall of 2001 under the name Quadrant II. At that time we had just one operational retail site – Hammocks.com. The following two years saw an expansion to twelve different sites, such as AdirondackChairs.com and Benches.com. An affiliate program was launched in 2003, featuring twelve stores. 2004 saw several more stores added, and the affiliate program was expanded to include more than 100 websites. In August, 2009, the company’s name was officially changed to Hayneedle, which embodies our core principles of hard to find variety and value.
And that brings us up to today. We currently have over 165 different websites on our affiliate program for you to promote. We’ve partnered with Pepperjam and Google Affiliate Network to bring our affiliates the best promotional tools, reporting and platform available today. HayneedleAffiliates.com is dedicated to helping affiliates make the most out of their promotions. The Team
Sara Rubin (formerly Sara Austad) joined the Hayneedle Affiliate team in January 2008 and came to the company after many years of retail, internet and affiliate program management work with a national golf retailer. While she does help take care of the day to day reports at Hayneedle, Sara is focused on the overall program success. This means overseeing creatives, promotions, recruiting and adding to the affiliate knowledge base. She is your go-to for most questions or requests you might have and if she doesn’t have the answer right away, she’ll definitely get it for you. Along with playing golf and cooking, Sara is also a huge fan of Minnesota Vikings football and Murder She Wrote reruns. (Insert Murder She Wrote joke here.) Stephanie Goraczkowski joined the Hayneedle Affiliate team in 2010 with a background in marketing, advertising and branding. She handles incoming applications, newsletters, and keeps things up to speed in the affiliate program. With her eye for detail, she makes sure day-to-day operations are running smoothly, alongside Sara. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys art, traveling, literature, and music (she can always be found hard at work with headphones on.)
